Part-25   All for Good

NASH : Nimi, have you finished playing? Shall we go back to home?

NIMI : You have finished playing so soon! Okay, I am coming. Let's move.

NASH : George hasn't come to play for the past few days.  So we don't have enough players and the game is over soon.

NIMI : Why hasn't George come?

NASH : I don't know.  He refuses to come when anyone calls him.

NIMI : Shall we go and see him?

NASH : Good idea! Yes we shall go.

GEORGE : Welcome! What a surprise!

NASH : We couldn't see you in the ground for some days...

GEORGE : I don't like to play at all, nowadays.

NASH : What's the reason for your frustration?

GEORGE : I tried my best to join the school I like most this year.  But I didn't get admission.

NIMI : Is that the reason for your frustration?  All for good! Why don't you continue to study in the same school with a fresh enthusiasm? Many years ago, a farmer lived in a village in Russia.

NIMI : He used to praise God, saying, "All for Good!"  One day he lost one of his horses. All the villagers felt sorry for him. But he praised God saying, "All for Good".

NASH : The horse that was lost came back with four wild horses.

GEORGE : Lucky indeed!

NIMI : The farmer's son tried to domesticate them.

GEORGE : It's a hard job

NIMI : Yes, indeed.  One day while he was training them he was thrown down by one of those horses.

NIMI : When he fell down, his leg was fractured.  All the villagers sympathized with him.

NASH : But the farmer praised God, saying: "All for Good".

NASH : Suddenly a war broke out in that country.  A young man from each family was compelled to enlist in the army.

NIMI : Because of the fracture, the farmer's son had no need to go to war.  The farmer praised God then also.

NASH : The villagers then learnt to praise God along with that farmer.

GEORGE : That's true!  If we praise God in every situation in our life, we can be victorious.

"Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is."
(Ephesians 5:17)
